Meditation guidelines

You can do this meditation as many times as it resonates with you. The more regular the practice, the deeper and gentler your inner unfolding becomes. Each new round may reveal new layers of feelings, states, and insights.

Before starting, it is recommended to set an intention or goal for yourself. It doesn't need to be perfectly worded — an inner sense of what you want to arrive at is enough. It may be:

  • release of inner tension
  • stepping out of repeating states
  • opening of energy
  • a sense of lightness
  • contact with yourself
  • realizing a desired state or goal

During the practice it is important not to suppress anything within yourself and not to try to «fix» it. Whatever arises — emotions, memories, bodily sensations, thoughts, resistance, tears, anger, fear, hurt, anxiety — allow it to be. Do not judge or analyze what is happening.

The point of this practice is to let everything that has been suppressed and recorded in our unconscious come to the surface, manifest, and be seen. When a feeling is no longer suppressed and is given space, it begins to unfold, dissolve, and gradually turn into pure energy — without the labels of «anger», «fear», «hurt» or other states.

Your task in this meditation is not to fight what arises, but to allow the process to happen. Through allowing and presence, a natural inner release begins.

After the practice, give yourself some time to integrate:

  • lie down in silence
  • drink some water
  • write down insights or feelings
  • be gentle with yourself

Trust your process. Everything unfolds at the right time and to the depth you are ready for now.
